Customer support

How campaigns are scoped

A defined audience, location and outcome.

We recommend a realistic pilot based on the available venues. We do not sell unverified audience numbers or treat every station as campaign inventory.

Location-led

Ask about an available district or participating venue type, subject to venue approval and station format.

Useful creative

Screen creative can be paired with a QR destination or sponsored charging where the campaign and hardware support it.

Clear reporting

The proposal states what can be measured, such as scheduled screen plays, campaign dates or QR visits.

Illustrative campaign environments

Creative that belongs in the setting.

These images show the kinds of environments a proposal may assess. They are not claims of current campaign inventory or partner venues.

Campaign questions

Start with the brief, not a reach claim.

Can I choose a specific venue?

You can ask about a venue, district or venue type. Availability depends on the station, the campaign and venue participation.

What results will I receive?

Reporting is agreed before launch and depends on the format. It may include campaign dates, locations, scheduled screen plays or QR visits where those can be measured.

Can PocketVolt help with the creative?

We can explain the available screen format and QR requirements. Any creative support and associated cost are agreed in the proposal.
