- PocketVolt. We agree the indoor position and set up the unit.
- Who handles routine rentals and payments?
- The station. Customers start, pay, take a bank and register the return without staff processing the transaction.
- Who handles customer issues?
- PocketVolt provides direct phone, email and WhatsApp support for rental questions.
- What does the venue provide?
- A suitable indoor position near a standard power socket. The exact model and placement are agreed after a location review.

The customer journey is visible on the station and does not require a venue account or staff-operated till.

Pay and take power
Pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. A charged power bank is released.
Return when finished
The rental ends when the return is registered at the station.
